Our coffees are milled in small batches, roasted to order, and shipped immediately. Because we own our mill, coffees are hulled just before roasting, preserving sweetness and aroma that are lost when hulling happens months in advance.

We feature two different coffees every month. Shipments with more than two coffees often receive a roast flight, or the same coffees at different roast levels, depending on the roast
preference.

For example, if the featured coffees of the month are Kona Noir and Ka’u Yellow Bourbon, a Roasters Club member might receive 2 bags of Kona Noir, one at a light roast and the other at a medium dark roast, and 2 bags of Ka’ū Yellow Bourbon, one at a medium and the other at a dark roast.
