Join the Explorers Club to enjoy the most diverse, fresh-roasted 100% Hawaiian coffees worldwide — many of which are not available online.

Each month, you’ll receive three 10 oz bags of freshly roasted 100% Hawaiian coffee curated to your preferred roast level — revealing the incredible range of Hawai‘i’s origins, varieties, processing methods, and artisan-crafted blends.

Two of the coffees are distinct origins, processes, or varieties, while the third bag presents an alternate roast level of one of those coffees. This “roast flight” format allows you to taste how subtle changes in roast reveal new dimensions of aroma, sweetness, and body within the same coffee.

From the volcanic slopes of Kona and Ka‘ū to the lush regions of Maui, Hāmākua, and Kaua‘i, you’ll compare expressions of terroir and craft through peaberries, honey and natural processes, micro-lots, and signature blends that showcase the art and science of Hawaiian coffee.

How It Works

• Orders process on the 26th of each month.
• When you first join, your order will be reserved for our next roast cycle and roasted fresh on the 26th. Thereafter, your subscription renews automatically each month on the same schedule.
• Coffees are roasted between the 26th–28th, ensuring peak freshness at delivery.
• Shipments typically arrive during the first week of each month.
