QUALITY, SUSTAINABILITY, AND COMMUNITY ARE AT THE HEART OF EVERYTHING WE DO

We work directly with Hawaiian farmers to bring you quality, local coffees that support hard-working families at a living wage. Awarded for Ethical Sourcing and Supply Chain Transparency by Progressive Grocer in 2023, we aim to better our environmental impact year over year.

These are the highlights we're most proud of:

SAFEGUARDING HAWAIIAN LANDS

We invested $1.8 million in 2023, alone, to support local Hawaiian farmers, with 85% of our purchases directly. Benefiting Big Island growers, fostering local economic resilience and agricultural sustainability.
With a cumulative investment of $7 million sine 2019, we've continued to prioritize our partnerships with Hawaiian Farmers, ensuring fair compensation and sustainable agricultural practices.

SUPPORTING LOCAL FARMING ECOSYSTEMS

We roasted over 117, 000 pounds of coffee with meticulous attention to detail in 2023, each representing out commitment to sustainable and local sourcing.
Collaborating with 23 farmers in 2023, we've cultivated lasting partnerships built on mutual respect, transparency, and a shared commitment to sustainable agriculture.

MINIMIZING OUR CARBON FOOTPRINT

Our roastery and mill are powered by renewable energy sources, reducing our carbon footprint and advancing our mission to operate sustainably.
Through our sustainable practices and renewable energy initiatives, we've prevented the emission of 35 tons of CO2, contributing to a healthier environment and a more sustainable future for generations to come.
Our commitment to the community extends beyond coffee production. In 2023 we raised and donated $40,000 to support Maui Strong initiatives and Maui Humane Society, demonstrating our dedication to social responsibility and local welfare.
