Named for the variety's distinctively colored cherries, Yellow Bourbon (pronounced 'boar-bone') showcases the complex character of this prized cultivar.
In the cup, this Kaʻū Yellow Bourbon offers a vivid, fruit-forward profile that’s both elegant and energetic. Richly floral notes of wisteria and dried peach rise from the aroma, followed by the bright pop of tangerine and the deep, roasted whisper of cocoa nib. Its texture is plush and silky, carrying a long, flavor-saturated finish that lingers and evolves with each sip — an expressive showcase of this rare variety's potential in Hawai'i.

Coffee Review Blind Assessment: Richly floral, high-toned. Wisteria, dried peach, cocoa nib, tangerine, oak forest in aroma and cup. Delicately tart acidity; plush, silky mouthfeel. A resiny myrrh-like note emerges in the flavor-saturated finish.
