Coffee Variety & Process: Geisha, Pacamara, Washed
A RARE UNION OF ELEGANCE
This exceptional microlot unites two of the world’s most revered coffee varieties—Geisha and Pacamara—cultivated in the volcanic soils of Kona and processed with a 36-hour anaerobic washed fermentation to showcase their full potential. Rarer still, the lot consists entirely of peaberries—naturally occurring single-seed beans known for their dense structure and heightened sweetness.
What emerges is a harmonious, fruit-forward cup of remarkable clarity and complexity. It opens with delicate aromas of jasmine, cucumber, and citrus blossom, followed by layered notes of ripe peach, raspberry jam, orange marmalade, and black cherry cobbler. A velvety medium body carries the experience into a long, silky finish laced with Meyer lemon, brown sugar, marshmallow crème, and a whisper of sweet basil.
Each sip offers something new—elegant, expressive, and exquisitely crafted.
