An expressive, polished cup with lively notes of lemon-lime, pomegranate, and butterscotch. Hints of cocoa nib add depth, leading to a balanced and sweet lingering finish that's representative of Ka‘ū's signature vibrancy.
Ka‘ū Peaberry is assembled from the rare single-seed beans separated during milling. Our team hand-sorts and selects each component, creating a one-of-a-kind portrait of Ka‘ū’s terroir. The result is a refined offering that reflects the land, season, and meticulous craft behind it.
