Named after the majestic Hawaiian hawk,'Io (pronounced ee-oh), this espresso blend features a chocolate and fruit balance with sweetness and complexity. Featuring Direct Trade coffees from Central and South America, 'Io is roasted for espresso enthusiasts who prefer smooth, toffee-like medium espresso roasts.
Each cup unveils layers of milk chocolate, fig newton, and toffee, complemented by vibrant hints of orange zest and floral gardenia. Undertones of cedar add depth and richness, making'Io an exceptionally versatile espresso, perfect for straight shots or milk-based drinks.

Evaluated as espresso. Richly sweet, gently roast-rounded. Baking chocolate, Fig Newton, gently scorched cedar, gardenia, orange zest in aroma and small cup. Crisp, velvety mouthfeel; chocolaty finish with undertones of gently scorched cedar. In milk, complex and invitingly nuanced with notes of baking chocolate, orange zest, and gardenia.
Bottom Line:
