Hawaiian Harmony was originally crafted as "Road 1 Espresso," named for the land where it first began. As the blend's reputation grew, we expanded it’s components to honor what Hawaiʻi's coffee landscape does best: bring together the brightest of its growing regions.
Today, Hawaiian Harmony is crafted exclusively from 100% hand-harvested coffees grown in the storied highlands of Kaʻū and the sun-warmed slopes of Maui. Roasted at a medium-dark level to coax out its full character; expect notes of dark chocolate, toasted caramel, and warm spice. With a silky body and a clean, lingering finish, Hawaiian Harmony is among our best-selling and most-loved Hawaiian blends. Remarkably versatile, it brews beautifully as espresso, pour over, or drip.
Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Richly sweet, integrated and harmonious. Dark chocolate, caramelized walnut, dried cherry, yuzu zest and cedar in aroma and small cup. Dense, velvety-smooth body; balanced bittersweet finish. In cappuccino format, notes of milk chocolate and nutty caramel expand dramatically, supported by subtle dried-fruit complexity.
