We do not accept returns or refunds on Espresso Bites when the buyer selects Free Shipping or USPS delivery. However, we'll gladly provide a refund or credit if our products are damaged when shipped via FedEx.

Yes! International shipping is available to most locations. Rates will be visible at checkout, and may include customs duties and taxes.
Generally, we can ship 3 x 10 oz coffees or up to 8 Espresso Bites anywhere in the world for $28-35 USD.
You can find our products sold at these locations. While you're vacationing in Hawaii, you can also have our products shipped directly to your hotel!
Coffees are roasted to order 2-3 days per week and shipped with the roast date applied to the bag. Therefor, orders may take 1-3 business days to process before being sent out for delivery. Please use FedEx for expedited delivery.

Our Hawaiian coffees are roasted-to-order on Monday and Tuesday, and shipped on Tuesday and Wednesday with the roast dates printed on the bags.
Specialty world coffees are roasted and on Sunday and Thursday and shipped on Monday and Friday.
For the fastest delivery time, please place your order by Sunday morning.
We grow all of the Puna coffees which currently include: Puna Kazumura, Honeyed Yellow Caturra, Kazumura Peaberry, Puna Natural, Puna Theobroma, and Pink Bourbon. (Several of these listed Puna coffees are only available to coffee club members.)
Other Hawaiian coffees are sourced directly from local producers, several of which we work closely with to develop and provide.
